"Loading..." but it never loads...
"Loading..." but it never loads...
Hi everyone! I have installed in both my ipad and my pc the pocketcloud software, configuration seems to be ok and ipad pocketcloud detects my pc online, I click on connect to my computer, and then it appears the final screen with a "loading..." banner, but after a long period, this banner still remains and the connection never happens.
Anyone has a clue that may help me with this issue?

Version of your companion and app please?
Is nla turned off on the app settings. Please look into your computer rdp settings. rigth click on computer-properties-remote desktop
Please make sure ' allow computer running any version of rdp' is marked.

"Loading" on ipad, but never loads
I also have the same problem.
I've tried everything in the different forums I've found and still not working.
My Ipad is recognizing my PC but when tryng to connect it just stays in "loading"
Does anyone have the same problem with your Ipad?

1. Are you experiencing this with any server you try to connect to?
2. Are you using wifi or 3g to connect?
3. What version of PocketCLoud are you using?
4. Are you using a manual or automatic connection? If you are using a automatic connection, what version of the companion software are you using?
5. What kind of computer are you connecting to (Mac or PC?, what version of OSX or Windows are you using? XP, Vista, Pro, Home, etc.)?
