Are you getting any kind of error message while trying to connect? What versions of PocketCloud and PocketCloud Companion are you using?
What device are you using and what version of iOS is it using? What kind of computer are you connecting to (Windows or Mac)?
Please let me know so I can better troubleshoot the issue you are having.
