setup error 1920 (XP sp3)
Error 1920. Service Wyse PocketCloud(WysePocketCloud)failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
System: XP sp3
login by Administrator
I tryed to start windows service: Wyse PocketCloud, but it didn't work. And show: error 1053
Help me please.

Can you verify you have .NET 3.0 or higher installed? The Companion software requires .NET 3.0 or higher.
Also, are you the administrator on the computer you are trying to install this on?

What version of the companion are you trying to install? Are you running the installer as a admin? Also, can you verify you have .NET 3.0 or higher installed?

Having the same problem here on one of my two windows VM's, working fine on the other.
