LOCK USER AFTER 1 HIT BAD PASSWORD THINOS 9.1.X SENT 3 HIT TO DOMAIN

Hi all,
I would like to ask for help.

We have a problem with a login on ThinOS.
If the user puts a 1-time bad password, the account is automatically locked on the domain because ThinOS sent 3 hits with a bad password ( Domain GPO is set to lock the account after 3 hits). Why did ThinOS send 3 hits?
Can I set something up?

Thank you for your advice

Martin

Upgrade to ThinOS 9.1.6108 and latest broker package (you dont mention which you are using) and test again.  I have seen this with older builds

ThinOS 2205 (the next release) should be posted 5/28 to the support site.

Hi,

thank you for your response.

We have installed ThinOS 9.1.6108   and Broker means Citrix package 21.12.0.18.3? This problem appears last few builds of ThinOS. You think that will be fix in new one ?

Are you saying you are still seeing it with ThinOS 9.1.6108 and CWA 2112?

If so, then yes I would wait until next week when 2205 and CWA 2203 are posted.

If you are still experiencing it, then I would suggest getting a support case open and providing logs to support for engineering feedback.
