Accessing the Control Panel without logging off my session.
Accessing the Control Panel without logging off my session.
I'm a relative newbie to Citrix so I'm trying to learn as fast as I can and work efficiently too.
On a newer Wyse device (Zx0) I can access the Control panel without logging off my session simply by usig Ctrl+Alt+Down/Up. How can I do this for older Wyse devices like an Sx0 or Cx0.

This is related to the firmware version. If you are on version 8.X it is possible, this leaves the S10 out but you can upgrade the C10LE to get this functionality.
