C10LE USB connection Problem

C10LE USB connection Problem

I'm totaly new to working with clients, thats why i might ask some silly questions or might be in the wrong forum section.

In office I'm working with a Wyse Cx0 C10LE WTOS and Windows 7.
Connected USB Sticks work, but my digital Camera and my smartphones (Samsung S3, Samsung S3 mini) do not work properly. The smartphones charge, but do not show up in the explorer. The Administrator tried to fix, but didn't succeed.

When connecting the Smartphone the Event Log shows (e.g.):
-VUSB: Redirected Device (0x04e8, 0x6860, 0x06, 0x01, 0x01)
-USB: Found a new device "ACM modem" on port 1

and the device Viewer shows:
-EHCI Root Hub
--ACM modem [Class_02 Subclass_02 Protocol_0x01]

Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Do u need further information to help me, and if yes, where can i find them?
Thanks for help.
