How to Install ThinOS to SSD not eMMC Wyse 5070

Is it possible to install the ThinOS onto the M.2 SSD rather than the eMMC (working with 5070)? The USB imaging Tool auto installs onto the EMCC even if dtos is disabled in BIOS. I don't see anything in WMS to do this.

The following has been working

1) M.2 SSD Amazon.com: Kingshark gamer SSD M.2 2280 64GB Ngff Internal Solid State Drive High-Performance Hard Drive for Desktop Laptop SATA III 6Gb/s (64GB, M.2 2280) : Electronics

2) Create Linux Thumbdrive (e.g. Rufus Xubuntu)

3) Bios Disable Secure Boot, Make sure USB ports are enabled in BIOS

4) Power on F12 to boot select: Choose USB with Linux

5) Run Linux from the USB no need to install it anywhere. Make sure GParted is on the Linux. Can do apt-get install gparted

6) Open GParted go to the M.2 SSD format GPT from Devices? menu gparted-convert-to-gpt.png (800×600) (diskpart.com)

7) Copy Each Partition from the eMMC to the M.2 SSD and Write the changes. Copy these partitions to the very beginning of the M.2 SSD don't try to place them after another alien partition at the beginning of the M.2 SSD

Set up the flags the same as on the eMMC and can name the same

9) After changes have been written reboot and hit F12 again select the M.2 to test booting from it.

10) If it boots the BIOS has settings for changing the boot order and disabling boot options if the eMMC is not wanted

11) Updating from WMS works on the M.2 as of this writing.
