Lockdown Wyse C10LE WTOS 7

I am new to Wyse configuration and I am trying to lock down a Wyse terminal to open a specific XenApp application and not allow the user to change any configuration on the Wyse terminal. We need to be able to add the connection information for ICA and then lock it down but need the connection information to stay. Each Wyse terminal will have a different user logging into Citrix so need to touch each device. Also need to to auto-connect and reconnect after 10 seconds. I tried to create a WNOS.INI file and got it locked down through that, but unable to get different user logins for each terminal. Can't have the same user logged into Citrix on each terminal. Is there anyway to setup the connection information then change the Privilege mode to None or Low? Tried to lock down and then in Admin mode add the connection information then moved the WNOS.ini file from server and hoping it would save all the changes locally but it just reverts back to out of box settings.
