Mouse Cursor Corrupted ~70% of the Time

Question Mouse Cursor Corrupted ~70% of the Time

Hey Guys -

At work we recently started a trial of using a couple of thin clients to connect to workstations via RDP. On one of these new systems, a strange issue has come up which I can't figure out: the cursor has become corrupted in all views. I'm not sure what the name of the flash which the clients boots to is, but assume it's ThinOS.

This cursor image is distorted about 70% of the time and occurs when connected to any remote session or no remote session at all. When the cursor changes it's image when stretching a window, a normal arrow, or showing a link, the image still changes as it should - but is still corrupted as you can see in the below pictures.

Again, this only occurs on one of the two thin clients and restarts do not make a difference. Here are details for the setup:

- Thin Client: Wyse Dx0D
- Boots from local flash
- OS: Some sort of small Linux distro with extremely limited features (ThinOS?)
- Connect to 8.1 workstations via RDP using x2 monitors and passthrough media

Screenshots
Below are pictures I took with my phone as screenshots hid the cursor. I couldn't embed images as they are hosted by DropBox...
Cursor - Standard Arrow
Cursor - Horizontal Stretch
Cursor - Vertical Stretch

Any ideas? Thanks!
