NTLM Authentication Password Reset

NTLM Authentication Password Reset

I am currently using the V10LE with firmware 7.1_033. NTLM authentication works, but the built in password reset does not. When you try to reset the user password, either thru expiration or an administrator selecting "User must change password at next logon", the use is prompted to change the password, but receives the Following error:
SMB: Invalid new password, please retry

I have verified that the new password meets the 2008 R2 domain complexity requirements and has not been previously used. Below are redacted copies of the wnos.ini, mac.ini, and user.ini.

Any clue why it is not working?
