RD Broker Sign-on Failed
RD Broker Sign-on Failed
I finally overcame the issue I was having with WDM (Hserver would not start but finally got that corrected). Now that devices are checking in and I can remote shadow them, my test device is unable to sign on to my broker and get a desktop.
RD Broker sign-on failed is the error message I get. What would you need from me to begin troubleshooting this error?

Anyone? The device doesn't give much in the way of where things went wrong.

As a general rule, the more details you provide about your issue, the more we can help. Please include your client model number (D10D, T10, V10L, etc.) instead of just the "Wyse machine". Also include the version of the firmware (7.1_204) and version of your environment (Windows 2012, XD 7.4, VMware view 4.6, etc.) the more general you are with the description, the longer it takes to get to a resolution.
