ThinOS-Simulator-v4.(based on WTOS 8.6_027) App for  windows released

There is some improvements on this version:

1. Changed  the color of the flahing text to a light and dark version of same color.
2. Fixed some typos.
3. Add a button to restart or exit out gracefully from the Horizon desktops.
