VNC Issues with Beta 8.0_030 and RealVNC 5.0.3

I am trying to reproduce your issue, but it works for me for now. My steps are:

Add following ini:
MaxVNCD=1 VNCD_8bits=no
VncPassword="NFBBMHBBMDAJNOBP" encrypt=yes

Launch VNCviewer and connect to my c class 10.151.125.109. After successfully connected, I can see my WTOS desktop is true color.

If you didn't use ini, the VNCD_8bits default value is yes. That means VNC server will force to send out images with 8-bits-per-pixel.
if set to no, VNC server will send out images with current system color depth.

Do you use ini;
Is there detailed steps;

Thanks Brian, can you confirm if this is seen on older versions of RealVNC? Do you know if there is a specific version that does/doesn't work?
