Will Wyse thin terminal work for me?

Will Wyse thin terminal work for me?

I have a network in my office with Dell thin terminals connected to a Server running Windows Server 2008, and the thin stations have Windows on them and they connect using Remote Desktop connection on a fixed IP address for our intranet environment. I am finding my Dell thins only last about 3 years, then they have to be replaced at a cost of about $700 each. I am looking for options....I could use a cheap PC and connect with Remote Desktop, but I used to have Wyse terminals years ago before we upgraded to a new software that required us to go to a Windows based system from my older non-windows system.

So, if I get a Wyse thin with embedded windows, will it boot up and let me connect via a remote desktop connection like my Dell thin workstation?

Thanks,
Mark

if you are only using the devices as an RDP client, I would suggest using a WTOS enabled device. check out the C10LE or the R10L.
