Wyse T10 duplicate mac address and serial number

Hi, 

Has anyone seen this before? 

We have a number of Wyse T10 terminals coming up with IP address conflicts and when we investigated we found that these terminals all had the same serial & mac address. I have never seen this before and to be honest didn't think it was even possible. 

Our only thought at the moment is that these devices have been sent back for repair at some point and have all been reflashed in some way and the details of the mac and serial have been replicated. Does anyone know if its possible to change the MAC & serial number of a Wyse T10?
