Wyse Thin Clients C10LE -Wireless Connection Problem

Wyse Thin Clients C10LE -Wireless Connection Problem

We just received a shipment of 50 Thin clients. We have been using this model fine for over a year now , however this new batch does not connect via the wireless. Everything works fine when plugged into the ethernet, but it seems as soon as you try wireless its like the wireless is not even turned on. Is there a setting somewhere in BIOS or connection. 

any ideas?

I would recommend that you contact you upgrade the firmware of the thin clients via the Self-Service center at www.wyse.com/kb and if that doesn't work, to contact Wyse Technical support at 1-800-800-9973 if you are in the US or Canada. Otherwise go towww.wyse.com/support for your local contact information.
