Not sure if this is a problem but parts of WSM aren't matching up - see picture. An OS image saying the server group it is assigned to doesn't have any servers assigned to it and then the server group with 3 servers assigned to it.
Not sure if this is a glitch or something more as clients do sometimes have trouble booting to this image with the error "No virtual disks assigned" (although they are in the same device group as other working clients).

Just to update - I reinstalled all servers and started a new DB over the weekend. This has cleared this issue and the issue I had with the patch process

I'm no expert but seeing the difference in how well WSM 5 is operating after a clean install I think the upgrade hadn't gone as expected.
Engineering now have all the old and new logs and will hopefully look it this anyway.
