WMS 1.3 WES Imaging Issue

I noticed an issue in WMS 1.3 with imaging polices of two different HW, scoped for the same configuration group.  Basically I have an image policy for a 5020 and 5060 for the same configuration group.  When I go to image the 5020 via WMS the 5060 policy is applied.  Once I delete the 5060 policy, the policy for the 5020 is applied on subsequent imaging attempts.  Is this something that will be addressed?
