Can't display anything above 800 X 600
Can't display anything above 800 X 600
I have a client at a remote location using a WYSE S30 terminal. She has a large widescreen monitor connected to it. However, when she tries to change the resolution to anything but 800 X 600, the screen goes black.
She also has no 'Advanced' option listed in the display control panel applet.
Any ideas on why this may be happening?

Check the operating system compatibility .

You may want to verify the firmware version. Go to www.wyse.com/downloads and look under the ACTIVE section for the lastest version released for this model.
