How to stop D90Dw from going to sleep

I have Wyse thin client D90DW
Windows Embedded Standard
Firmware 8.020718.2048

The device is constantly going to sleep and dropping our Iseries 5250 sessions.

The sleep feature on the network card has been disabled.
The power mode and been changes to 'Always On'

What do I need to do to keep this device from going to sleep, hibernating, or whatever you want to call it.

All I know is walk away for 30 minutes the network card shuts down and on lights go off. The unit seems dead until you hit the spacebar and it comes back to life.

This is the Operators Console device for our Iseries it needs to stay active 24/7/365
