"Empty Window" over application and wficace error

"Empty Window" over application and wficace error

Hello,

I am running Windows 6.0 on Wyse V30LE on several sites and I am having the same issue with a particular application. The login appear, I log on and then the application main screen opens normaly but the space where the login window was appears "empty" and it can't be moved or closed. Please see attached photos. 

Also I am getting a "Application wficace.exe had found a serious error and needs to be shut down" 

When I run this app from other devices (non windows CE) it works perfectly it even works good when the issue occurs. I had searched the forum and other google attempts but no luck.
