Need to reset Wyse D90D to factory default
Need to reset Wyse D90D to factory default
We have installed on VMWare VDI image on our Wyse Thin Clients. We are in the need to set some of them back to factory default as they were at delivery. We have removed all products that we installed, and cleaned the registry from any registry hacks that we used. We are still not able to access the TC as it was from start. We have used the suggedted methods of Holding the G-key and tapping the G-key. Any help would be appreciated?

Windows-based thin clients cannot be returned to factory defaults by using the G key, they need to be re-imaged. You will need either the USB Firmware Tool or Wyse Device Manager and the current image file for your device. All these files can be found at www.wyse.com/downloads under the "Active" section.
