Hi there!

This is my first post. I'm new so be patient!!! jejejeje!

I have been requested to install a Call Center and I planing to use Wyse, I have installed another call center but using "normal" PC with XP or W7 and without server, because all the PC's just need Firefox and a headset, the software is a Web base application (Picallex)

My question is: which equipment does you guys recommend to use and what is the procedure for installing XP or W7 Embedded?
