Raphael,

What is the make and model of the printer you are connecting? You may also want to visit our knowledge base at www.wyse.com/manuals and search for KB22971 which is a=our WTOS printer configuration guide.

Hi Roger,

thanks for your answer.

its an industrial bar code printer "Intermec PF2i"

i had a look at the KB but it has nothing to do with the bar code printer.

Do you know what "bi-direction' means ?

Raphael,

bi-directional just means that the communication between the printer and the connected system can come from either side. the document I recommend is on How to connect a printer. I does not matter if the printer is a matrix, inkjet, laser, barcode or any other type. WTOS does not have a printer manager, so a s long as you follow the instruction on how to configure a locally attached USB printer, it should work.
