I've tried accessing the bios on a xenith 2 t00x model but cant seem to get in.
tried pressing and holding delete, hammering delete, pulling the power for a hard reset etc etc. works fine with a c00x device.
anyone shed any light on this?

Same problem,
I am trying it with Xenith 2 BIOS version 2.0_017 and when pressing P-Key nothing happens, as EwanMalone I tried press and hold press and release multiple times, press before power on... but nothing.
Is this a BIOS version problem? DO you Know How/where can I download new firmware for the BIOS and How can I upgrade it?

The Xenith 2 does not have an accessible BIOS.
Xenithmad, to get the firmware you have to register your device at the Wyse Self-Service portal. I can't remember the url, but the information is available on the Quick Start guide included with the device
