Xenith 3 issue - user logoff after few seconds

Hello,

we have two customer which are facing the same issue:

User logon to zero client Xenith 3 start application after few seconds thin client logoff user. he must relogon to thin client, after this step is automatically connected to existing session. this occured let's say 4h and then is working fine.

Environemtn is; XenApp 7.6 FP3, Servers 20012 R2 and 2008R2.

Also is occuring that during work USB keyboard and mouse are disconnected. user must pull out and pull in both devices. Sometime reboot device. all thin clients are new 1 month old.

Any idea ?
