wyse xenith and citrix vdi in a box, 16bit color only!
wyse xenith and citrix vdi in a box, 16bit color only!
I am testing out citrix vdi in a box with both a wyse xenith pro and c00x and both will only run in 16bit color. I have checked the administrative console and made sure that 32bit is selected under the display settings. I have even made sure that it is enabled in the vdi-in-a-box admin settings for the image. I know that 32bit color work because I have other clients that I am testing and 32bit works fine.
Can anyone help me out?

I'm having this exact issue. Has anyone been able to correct it if you only have one desktop?

I only know how to correct this if you have more than one vdi assigned to you in ViaB, ie to force the Xenith Pro to present the machine selection box after login. When it does so you will see a small 'gear' icon to the right of the machine name. Click on that and you are taken to the machine customisation panel. At the bottom of that panel is the option to change the display options from High (16bit) to True Colors (32bit). Then reboot the thin client. Hope that helps
