Cursor / mouse control / touch control disappeared
Hi!
I have a XPS All-in-One 2720 which has been great for 1.5 years. Two days ago the cursor disappeared. I thought my problem was the wireless mouse (keyboard still works) but after new batteries and connecting a wired mouse, I still have no cursor. Machine boots fine. I can log in. I can get to the Start menu and Device manager but I can’t get the mouse or touchscreen to work. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Always include version of Windows in your posts. :Idea:
You could try reinstalling the Dell Unifying Application.
If that doesn't help, see if there's anything useful here.
