Dell 8930 XPS I can not enter in folder Windows 10 home
I have a problem with windows 10 home
if I want to open a folder it does not leave me and the warning
"the application was not found"
I can not enter, someone can help me
I put the 2 screens

Well, first ... we speak English here. You should pre-translate your screen-shots or post in the other forum for your language.
If SFC /scannow is saying "no problems found" then it's OK.
When do you get the "the application was not found" error? Are you clicking on something or trying to run a particular program?

the solution has been to reinstall windows 10 from the disk image to restore factory values

Oh, that's my favorite recommendation ... to return Windows to Microsoft's intended non-corrupt and non-compromised state.

Yours is a good example that ... even if SFC passes, Windows can still be "broken" and a Nuke-and-Pave will fix it. Thanks for talking the time to report back.
