Dell A525 Speakers
Hi,
Does anyone know much about the Dell A525 speakers ? I've had them packed away for a while and thought i'd try them out. The left hand speaker is making a constant buzzing sound ?

I would still suspect a plug was not fully inserted or a dirty connection.
Either way, glad to hear you got it going OK.

Sounds like a bad cable or the connector plug is not inserted all the way. Also try the speakers with some other device or a front panel headphone jack to see if it makes a difference.
I only find a listing for A225 speakers, not A525. A525 is a valid model number. If you still have the Dell setup instructions verify its all connected properly.

Hi again,
I've actually moved the 2 speakers and sub-woofer to an area away from the computer, router, etc
I've plugged in the sub-woofer and connected to the 2 speakers. When I turned on the 2 speakers, the buzzing sound has gone.
So i'm thinking it might be where it was situated previously ?
