The support site only offers what's currently available for the PC model selected, even if you used your Service Tag, but it doesn't know if you've already installed any of them or not.

Do you actually need/use SupportAssist or Dell Update? If not, you can decide to update them or maybe just uninstall them completely.

What version of Realtek driver is installed now? v6.0.1.8248_A07 is last one offered on the support site, but it's been around since 2019 and works OK on XPS 8930.

There was a newer Realtek version (A09?) that caused boot delays on XPS 8930 and eventually got taken down. So Dell reverted to offering A07. There actually was an A08 (2021) which is working well on my XPS 8930, but for some unknown reason Dell reached back two versions to offer A07 when A09 was pulled, and doesn't offer any links to A08 now.

Keep in mind that installing any Realtek driver will also uninstall and reinstall Waves MaxxAudio Pro on the XPS 8930. There's no way 'round that.

So if you have Waves configured the way you want for your audio output, and it works properly, you may want to stay with whatever Realtek driver is working for you now. Otherwise, you'll have to deal with reconfiguring Waves again, which can be a real pain and a giant time waster...been there done that!
