Does the XPS-8940 support the Intelligent Perception Function in the BIOS, and if so, where would I find it?

The XPS 8940 BIOS options are all listed in the Service Manual, here.

Let me see if I understand your question. Perceptual intelligence refers to the ability of the machine to perceive vision, hearing, and touch correct? If you mean visual and speech recognition such as the Windows Hello function for voice or using the webcam for facial recognition or the fingerprint sensor for security logon then those would be Windows functions. Am I correct in the understanding of your question?
