SSD nvme error on "XPS 8900" m.2 slot (slot m.2 não reconhece SSD nvme)

Comprei um m.2 nvme e de primeira ele não reconheceu, porém antes de comprar eu falei varias vezes com o suporte por telefone, que aliás, foi péssimo e parecia que ninguém sabia sobre o assunto!

Vocês sabem se é incompatível, ou tem alguma configuração na BIOS necessária? Será que funciona pelas portas PCI express?

Se não der certo vou ter que entrar contra a Dell pra me ressarcirem!

I bought a SSD m.2 nvme and at first he didn't recognize it, but before it I've talked several times with the support by phone, which by the way was terrible and it seemed that nobody knew about it!

Do you know if it is incompatible or have any BIOS configuration? Does it work through PCI express ports?
