XPS 2710 adding a second mSATA SSD?

My XPS 2710 has a second available mSTAT slot, but I have been unable to get it to recognize the second mSATA drive. I tried moving the jumper closest to the second slot to no avail. Does anyone have any insight on what I need to do to get the BIOS to recognize the mSATA in the second slot? Thank you.

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get a workaround.

According the specs, the XPS 2710, only supports one mSATA SSD. There is no second mSATA slot. See specs here: https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_xps_desktop/xps-one-27-2710-ai...

In addition, I think the mini-card slot you are referring to as a possible mSATA slot is labeled TV-tuner mini-card connector. The jumper next to it is the password jumper. Look at the picture of the motherboard on page 16 of the owner's manual here: https://downloads.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_xps_desktop/xps-one-27-2710-ai...
