XPS 8900 Drivers

I went to see if there were any new drivers for my XPS 8900 and when it detected my Service Tag it would not show ANY drivers at all. I then went to the "generic" XPS 8900 drivers (no service tag) and it showed drivers. I have it search support and it comes back with No match for my service tag???  

Any idea why it now can't show any drivers if I use my service tag?
