XPS 8910, GTX 1070, GPU upgrade

I own a Dell XPS Desktop (8910?)(i7 6700/16gb ram/GTX 960/2 tb hdd/IPSKL-VM Motherbored) I was wondering if I was able to upgrade to a GTX 1070. The old card isn't really performing that well and I need an upgrade. Can my PC handle taking the motherboard, power supply and the space inside the case. Hope to find out soon. Thanks

The YouTube video link should be helpful. It is a 1050Ti install but also has PSU upgrade mentions in the comments.  But for the 1070 you need at least a 500W PSU so would have to upgrade your PSU. The 960 card and the 1070 appear to be the same length based on the specs so that should not be a problem.

Hello there! A bit late, but I am planning on doing the same thing and switching my 960 to a 1070, and I am wondering, did it work out for you? The computer accepted the gpu?

I have a a xps 8910 that came with the gtx-1070 with a psu 460w.  Why would Dell let the machine sold under power? It has caused me tremendous headaches not booting up.  I receive an error 43 on the video card? In order for me to use my pc,   I removed the video card from the pc.  Will they exchange  my psu or my video card out at no cost ?
