XPS 8920 PSU fan NEVER comes on

I've had this computer for 6 months now, I've stressed it by running a detailed virus scan and YouTube at the same time for an hour, the fans have sounded like a jet taking off at times, but never a peep out of the PSU fan (light paper draped over the fan vent). The PSU tests out fine in the f12 diagnostic test though. The PSU vent area blows my paper when the CPU is tested but there is no PSU fan test in the diagnostic that I could see.

OCCT has a Power-Supply-Test.

It will test Power-Supply, CPU, CPU-Cooler, Video-Card, etc. all at once. Best stress-test I've found.

Normally, the PS controls it's own fan. Normally by temp, but also possibly by Utilization (Amps delivered).

It does control it's own fan and I will download OCCT soon to see if it will stress the psu enough to make it's fan come on...…..Thanks.
