XPS 8930, 32GB ram works
I just install another configuration and it's working 32GB = White DIMM 1 16GB, Black DIMM 3 8GB, Black DIMM 4 8GB

Your configuration may work but your memory will be operating in single channel mode vs dual channel mode; at least your 16 GB will be in single channel mode since it is not pair with another 16 GB. There are some performance hits when operating in single channel mode but the difference may not be that noticeable.

Ok thanks for the answer. I just try this config because tomorrow I must receive another 16GB thank you
