9370 4K Screen Banding/Flickering

Seems I have a bad screen, but hoping someone might know of a fix that does not involve full replacement as I am out of warranty.  For what it's worth, I had a similar problem shortly after purchasing the laptop and the screen was replaced under warranty.  As you can see in picture, there is really bad banding that distorts the image/colors.  The "middle" band also flickers and the entire screen retains images from open windows, etc. for varying amounts of time, which you can see faintly in the picture.  Any help would be appreciated.
