Hi,

The battery of my 9550 was replaced because the swollen batteries case in February of this year(2018). So after 7 months the capacity of the battery is 85%...With the previous battery I had around 90% of capacity after two years..Anyone is having the same issue??...is it normal??

Li-ion batteries tend to degrade substantially over their expected lifetime of about 500 full discharge cycles. Rapid draining, high temperatures and operation close to 100% capacity speed up the decay. So depends on what you do with it.
