Adding an SSD to XPS 17
OK, I did do a search and saw it was possible to add an SSD to an XPS laptop. I'd like to know just how easy is it to do and, by opening up the laptop, am I voiding my warranty?
Also, the 1TB SSD in the one I'm looking at is the M.2 PCIe NVMe - how fast are the write speeds on this drive? It appears to be the same drive used on some Alienware gaming laptops.

The SSD is user-replaceable; the warranty won't cover the drive but remains in effect on the system.
