BIOS 1.6.0 Issues with XPS 15

I have a 2-month old XPS 15 7590 (i9-9980) with NVIDIA GTX1650 (4 GB), 1TB SSD, 32 GB RAM, and Windows 10 Pro.  I also ordered and just received a Thunderbolt WD19TB.  All is working good.  I just received a notice from SupportAssist that my BIOS (which is currently 1.5) needs to be updated to 1.6.0.  I am hesitant since my unit is working so well and since I have read several posts complaining about issues that may be associated with this update (increased temperature, color issues, random freezes, etc).  Are these issues occurring with a lot of units?  Does anyone know if Dell has fixed any problems this update might have?  For the time being, I do not plan to update unless I am convinced that the problems have been fixed or have only been with a few units.
