XPS 15 9560, wont start up (first time)

Hi,

Got my brand new Dell XPS 15 9560 today. After opening the packaging i tried to turn it on without luck.
I then connected the AC adapter and the power-on button lit up but i still couldnt turn it on. I got no signal on the screen and i couldt hear the fans. I leaved it a bit connected to the AC adapter in hopes that it just needed to charge a little bit before i could turn it on. 

I have now tried to disconnect the battery for about 5-10 minutes and then press the power button for 15~ seconds without luck. Got any ideas or do i have to get an on-site support technician?

With a DOA brand new system, the best course of action is to contact Dell to have it replaced.  There is no sense repairing a system that's defective out of the box.

Thats what i thought. I will send in a case and hopefully it will get resolved fast..
