Cannot use Video call and Microphones while using Google Duo web or Hangout

In my Dell XPS 15 7590, While receiving or calling using video call! I cannot see microphone and camera support. It means I can only see and hear the other side conversion, but other user cannot see and listen. I checked in Chrome and Mozila but issue persist.
