Cinebench R15 - XPS 15 9570 - OpenGL just 29fps?

Just for fun I tried to run Cinebench on my XPS and on my 6 year old desktop (i7 Sandy Bridge with Nvidia 450 GTS), was happy to see CPU performance much higher on the new XPS, but I was very surprised, actually alarmed, to see incredibly low OpenGL performance at just 29fps... is this normal for the XPS? My old desktop makes more than double that fps!

Am I missing some configuration or setting to make the XPS perform better?
