I had misgivings about purchasing a Dell product.  Had issues years ago with another Dell laptop and it doesn't seem like anything has changed.  I am having battery issues with my new XPS15 and when I try to call Dell support, the voice prompt repeats all options twice before accepting my telephone key entries.  Then, when I get through 3 menus of the same repeating pattern, it tells me the 24/7, 1-866-398-8977 XPS support line is closed and I should call back during business hours.  Bravo Dell.  Fantastic waste of my time.  Don't advertise a service desk as being 24/7 when it isn't.
