XPS 15 7590 OLED, banding

I have suffered the same banding issues on XPS 7590 OLED laptop. When I get my first XPS 7590 OLED, I thought it was the display panel issue, then I returned and the retailer send me the new one, however, it has the same issue. I both have updated the Bios and drivers, the issue continue, and I am quite sure is the issue of BIOS, and Dell should take very seriously on this problem.
