Dell 9365 Mouse Pointer sometimes disappears

Dell 9365 Mouse Pointer sometimes disappears...it disappeared in the Microsoft Newsfeed in the windows start page, it disappears sometimes in Chrome.  Only way to get it back is to reboot.

It's become a serious problem.

I deleted the mouse drivers, reinstalled and it does not fix it.  I deleted Chrome and reinstalled Chrome and that seemed to work so far the last week.  But now, the disappearing mouse pointer problem appeared in the Microsoft News in the start menu, while reading.

Scanned for viruses, nothing.  Ran sfc /scannow and no problems. Turned off "dont show pointer while typing"  no effect, updated drivers...no effect.

Not sure what else I could do.  Anybody else have these similar problems?  Any solutions?
