Dell XPS 13 7390 Slow charger

I'm using dell XPS 13 7390 it's a new one, this week it shows me a warning message says that  "Slow charger" I'm using the original charger without any adaptor and I did the system update and the bios update and I restart the PC but these things did, solve my issue.

please any help !!
