Dell XPS 13 7930 Fan issue. Requesting replacement

Cpu fan blades are not good. Thing got crazy loud during a meeting so I had to abruptly shut it off as to not make more noise. Updated bios (which as expected did nothing because this is a hardware issue) and I took off the case to clean the fan and viola, damaged blades (See pic below). Dell Support, just send me a new OEM fan and I won't be upset. This is a brand new laptop that is under warranty. A $3 fan shipped overnight should not be that hard to do. Thanks
